CHANG, Heng Shuo (born 1982, Taiwan) is a graduate of the Conservatoire National de Région de Rueil Malmaison and the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental Erik Satie. He studied under Daniel Graemele and Chiharu Lemarie. He also holds a diploma in orchestral conducting from the Master Class at the Music Department of the National Kaohsiung Normal University, under the tutelage of Chan Wang.

As a performer, Heng-Shuo Chang has appeared with the Sound of Kaohsiung Wind Ensemble and the Kaohsiung Art Melody Wind Band and has given numerous solo recitals in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
In terms of teaching and promotion, Chang is one of Taiwan's leading saxophone educators, with a large following in Taipei, Taoyuan, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung.
In 2014, Chang founded the A-Team Saxophone Ensemble, the first Sinophone saxophone ensemble with a full range of SELMER instruments, featuring saxophonists from southern Taiwan performing original and adapted repertoire.
To refine his musical interpretation, Chang is currently studying clarinet at the Master Class of the Music Department at National Kaohsiung Normal University under the guidance of Min HO Yeh. He is currently a saxophone division teacher and wind band conductor at various schools.
