Packages are generally prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo or DHL with a tracking number. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we provide you with a link to track your package online.

We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot group two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them.

The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

BG is committed to delivering goods in accordance with the terms specified in the contract within the territory.

The amount of the delivery fees depends on the order amount and the delivery method chosen by the customer. In any case, the amount of the delivery fees is indicated to the customer before validating the order. Beyond a certain amount (depending on the delivery territory), we offer free shipping.

Delivery times are available on the website, for informational purposes; these depend on the availability of the products ordered, the availability of carriers, and the order of receipt of the orders.

Delivery times are in working days and correspond to the average times for order preparation and shipping within the territory. Delivery times start from the date of order confirmation by the seller.


  • Returns

After receiving the package, you have a period of 14 days to change your mind and return the package to us free of charge. Simply contact us to make the request, and we will send you a return label to be attached to the packaging and dropped off at the post office.

Once we receive the returned package, we proceed with the refund. Depending on the circumstances (especially regarding fees), if you wish to exchange a product, either we refund you and you place a new order, or we proceed with the exchange directly.
