John BRENNER is a French saxophonist and percussionist.

Born on February 1, 1987, in northern France, John grew up in a Polish family passionate about music, and was immersed in funk, soul, and 80s French and international pop music.

At a young age, he drew inspiration from artists like Macéo PARKER, Eric MARIENTHAL, David SANBORN, and Gerald ALBRIGHT.

At the age of 4, he started taking piano and music theory lessons, and by age 8, he chose the saxophone and continued his studies at the conservatories of DOUAI and VALENCIENNES.

« I play BG because BG provides essential and indispensable equipment that meets my expectations in terms of maintenance, playing comfort, and sound quality »

A brilliant student, he earned multiple diplomas, including a unanimous gold medal in saxophone in 2010.

John performed with various groups such as saxophone quartets, big bands, street brass bands, wind ensembles, and funk/soul orchestras.

With a desire to share his passion, John also became a saxophone teacher and director of a music school.

In 2011, Alain STEVEZ, singer of GOLDMEN, a tribute band to Jean-Jacques GOLDMAN, was impressed by his talent and invited him to join the group.

« BG accompanies me at every moment, both on and off stage »

Today, John BRENNER, a true showman, performs concerts across France and Europe, with more than 50 dates per year.

This tour has helped him gain recognition from the general public, and John is now regarded as one of the iconic saxophonists in France.

Drawing from his experience, he has developed a sound full of character and sensitivity, unique to his identity, and is a proud ambassador for the brands HENRI SELMER, BRANCHER France and BG France.
