Isaías Villalpando holds a degree in music with a specialization in saxophone from the UAZ School of Music under the guidance of Maestro Ernesto Treto and a master's degree in solo performance from the Instituto Superior de Música Katarina Gurska in Madrid, Spain, with Maestro Andrés Gomis.

Second place in the "International Competition of Arts, Interestellar" in Ukraine 2021. First place in the "X Pan-American Classical Saxophone Competition" in Mexico 2018, Third place nationally in the "National Classical Saxophone Competition, Xalapa 2017," First and Third place in the XIV and XIII National Classical Saxophone Competition "Marcel Mule" in 2015 and 2014.

He has performed as a soloist in important forums and festivals such as the "XIX World Saxophone Congress" in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, the "International Cervantino Festival," "Jóvenes en la Música" at the Palacio de Bellas Artes, "Laberintos Sonoros," "Festival de Música de Cámara Aguascalientes," "Festival de Música y Multimedia, Ramificaciones," "1st and 2nd International Saxophone Festival Puebla-BUAP," "Cultural Festival Zacatecas," "Clari-Sax Yucatán," "First ECUASAX International Festival," "Festival de Música Libre, San Luis Potosí," "International Ricardo Castro Festival," "1st International Saxophone Encounter University of Guadalajara," "International University Saxophone Meeting Mexico," "Morelia Miguel Bernal Jimenez Music Festival," among others.

He is a saxophone teacher at the Academy of Music and Humanities "José Suárez Molina." He is also a member of the saxophone quartet Cora since 2014 and the Páramo Sax Quartet since 2021. He has collaborated with internationally renowned pianists such as Mario Molina (Spain), Bruno Vlahek (Croatia), Leila Röömel (Estonia), Mariana Airaudo (Uruguay), Alejandro Barrañón (Mexico), and Francisco Martí (Spain).
