Born in 1983, he studied clarinet at the State Conservatory "Vincenzo Bellini" of Palermo in the class of Maestro Vincenzo Canonico, graduating with honors in 2003.

He specialized in solo, orchestral and chamber repertoire with Maestro Calogero Palermo, clarinet soloist of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam. He also studied at the State Conservatory "Santa Cecilia" of Rome in the class of Maestro Maria Rosaria Clemente, obtaining in 2012 the Master of level II in chamber music with full marks and honors.

He attended various masterclasses with the masters: Enrico Maria Baroni, Romeo Tudorache, Ricardo Morales, Diego Baroni, Fabrizio Meloni, Riccardo Crocilla and Romain Guyot. He studied bass clarinet with : Davide Lattuada and Salvatore Passalacqua. In 2003, upon graduation, he won the audition for first clarinet of the 2004 Italian-American Festival Orchestra, held in the United States. in Minneapolis, Duluth Minnesota.

He has collaborated with the Italian Youth Orchestra of Fiesole and has been eligible for the Academy of the Alla Scala Theater in Milan and the Maggio Formazione, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Florence.

He has won and been eligible for various auditions that have given him the opportunity to collaborate frequently with important lyrical symphonic institutions such as: Opera Real de Wallonie of Liege (Belgium) as first clarinet, Orchestra Regionale Toscana as first clarinet and bass clarinet, Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome as chamber musician, Teatro dell'Opera di Roma as first, second and piccolo clarinet, Fondazione Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Opera of Florence as first, second and bass clarinet, Teatro Lirico of Cagliari clarinet and piccolo clarinet, Clarinet Orchestra Leonore of Pistoia, Chamber Orchestra Fiorentina of Florence as first and second clarinet, Teatro V. Emanuele of Messina as clarinet and small clarinet, Istituzione Sinfonica Abruzzese as first clarinet, Teatro Marrucino of Chieti as first, second and bass clarinet, Teatro F. Cilea of Reggio Calabria as first clarinet, the Mediterranean Symphony Orchestra of Palermo as first clarinet.

He conducts solo and chamber music activities throughout Italy and abroad, among the many experiences, the performance of W. A. Mozart's concert K622 in A major with the orchestra of the Cappella Musicale Costantina in Rome was significant, the collaboration with the soprano Rosa Feola for the event "Ponti Sonori" at the Foundation of the Academy Santa Cecilia in Rome and, moreover, he performed in the prestigious chamber season of Bronnbach, Frankfurt, Germany. Among the various ensembles with which he collaborates, there is the Davabugi Clarinet Quartet, with which he won the V International Competition of the city of Carlino (UD) and the XII National Chamber Music Competition of the city of Grosseto.

He also gives concerts with the Orizzonte Ensemble and the ClarinOpera Ensemble. As a teacher, he organizes clarinet and repertoire courses and masterclasses throughout the country with various musical associations, including: the Academy of Scatola Sonora in Rome, the ANBIMA Associazione Nazionale delle Bande Italiane Musicali Autonome, the ABBM Associazione Bergamasca Bande Musicali in Bergamo, the Concerto Bandistico City of San Paolo dei Cavalieri 1863 (RM ) and Borgo in Musica di San Marco D'Alunzio (ME).

Since 2008 he holds the position of clarinetist in the National Music Band of the State Police based in Rome.
