Born in Daejeon, Korea, saxophonist Chansol Jeon completed his high school studies at Daejeon Arts School and earned his degree from Yonsei University before studying in France. In 2018, he completed his studies with Jean-Denis Michat at the Conservatoire de Lyon, France, and in 2019, he became the first Korean to be admitted and graduated with excellent results from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, Belgium, where Vincent David had just taken his position, earning his master's degree.

As a soloist and ensemble member, he has presented a variety of performances in Korea with ensembles such as the Suwon Symphony Orchestra, Siheung Orchestra, Yonsei Wind Orchestra, Bucheon City Choir, and Chuncheon City Choir, engaging in dynamic performance activity and showcasing a wide range of musical abilities. Not only in Korea but also during his studies in France, he was a member of the saxophone ensemble L'Artisanat Furieux, demonstrating his musical talent in various areas such as chamber music, orchestra, and as a guest artist, and was invited to a concert celebrating the 120th anniversary of Korea-Belgium relations, where he received praise and favorable reviews.

After returning to Korea, saxophonist Chansol Jeon continues his active concert activity, starting with a return recital in Korea at Kumho Art Hall Yonsei, and has established his position as a performer on various stages such as BOZAR Hall, Lotte Concert Hall, and the National Theater of Korea. He has also ventured into the media by appearing on the radio on EBS '11 o'clock Classic with Jung Kyung'. In addition to his solo activities, he formed the 'Colosax Quartet' team with three other saxophonists who studied in France, Belgium, and Germany, and performs numerous concerts in Korea. While engaging in various activities as a musician, he is currently the assistant conductor of the Korean Wind Orchestra and the youngest saxophone professor at Yonsei University and Hanyang University, educating the next generation.
