BG France Featured in Guitare Xtreme Magazine Issue #154
The March issue (#154) of Guitare Xtreme Magazine celebrates Made in France craftsmanship in the world of guitars. On this occasion, the magazine highlights BG Rocks, exploring its recent journey in the guitar community and presenting the new products unveiled for 2026.
This recognition is a great honor for our family-owned company from Lyon, led by Franck Bichon, who has been developing innovative solutions for musicians for over 40 years.
A Brand Known for Its High Standards
Globally recognized for its accessories dedicated to wind instruments, BG France has gradually established itself in the guitar world through its BG Rocks label, created specifically for guitarists.
The magazine emphasizes BG’s ability to bring to the guitar community the values that have defined its success: quality, originality, and durability.
These principles are reflected in every product, with particular attention given to comfort, materials, and finishing details.
New Guitar Straps for 2026
In this interview with Guitare Xtreme, Franck Bichon introduces several of the season’s key new products.
Among them are two particularly original Fur guitar straps:
-
a leopard version, currently used by Michel Aymé on Florent Pagny’s tour
-
a pink version, created following a request from singer Kimberose
These models are made from genuine leather with short-hair cowhide, a demanding material to work with but one that delivers a unique visual result. The patterns are printed directly onto the hair, the outcome of several months of development to achieve the desired quality.
As always with BG products, these straps feature the brand’s signature elements:
-
fleece lining for comfort
-
anti-slip backing
-
pick pocket
New Creative Inspirations
The interview also highlights other creations born from artistic collaborations.
The Duo strap black with a camel stripe, was inspired by a meeting with guitarist Ben Giunchi, while the new Star range features Full Gold and Full Silver leather straps.
These models were notably developed following discussions with Thierry Le Guenne (Ted Guitars) and singer Jessie Lee Houllier.
BG Lifestyle: When the Brand Enters Everyday Life
Another important project featured in this issue is BG Lifestyle.
A passionate traveler with a strong interest in bags and luggage, Franck Bichon created a complete collection of everyday accessories, including:
-
bags and travel luggage
-
belts
-
key holders
-
passport holders
-
phone cases
-
garment covers
Today, the collection includes around forty products, designed with a timeless, elegant, and durable approach, with black and silver finishes suited to all styles.
As the collection’s philosophy perfectly summarizes:
“Everyday is a BG day.”
